Real Estate Admin & Accounts Executive

About the role

Luxury Excellence Real Estate LLC is seeking an organized professional to handle day‑to‑day real estate administration, property portal management, transaction documentation, and basic accounting functions for its Dubai operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other portals, ensuring accurate prices, photos and descriptions.
• Prepare and process Form A, Form B, Form F, tenancy contracts and coordinate Ejari documentation.
• Maintain organized records of property documents, client KYC, contracts and transactions.
• Handle daily accounting entries, record income, expenses, invoices and payments using the company’s accounting software.
• Reconcile bank and company accounts, track commissions, agent and supplier payments, and prepare basic financial reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real‑estate administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of RERA/DLD procedures, Form A/B/F and Ejari processes.
• Practical experience with accounting software and basic accounting concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
