About the role

AL ZAEEM SHARQ AL AWSAT LLC, a real estate company based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a client-focused Real Estate Agent to support property transactions across the Abu Dhabi market. You will build relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and property owners and help clients make informed decisions during their property search and transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Source and follow up property leads, understand client requirements and recommend suitable listings.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting features and market information accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, buyers, tenants and other real estate professionals.
• Prepare listing details, coordinate offers and negotiations, and guide clients through documentation and transaction milestones.
• Keep property records, lead notes and client communications current and give timely progress updates.
• Monitor local property activity and market trends to spot opportunities and support client advice.

Required profile

• Strong client communication, listening, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and match them to residential or commercial listings.
• Confident presentation and viewing-hosting skills.
• Lead generation, prospect follow-up and organised client pipeline management.
• Understanding of property sales and leasing workflows, offers, negotiations and transaction documentation.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property locations and market conditions, or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Accurate record keeping, professionalism, discretion, time management and a service-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office tools and customer relationship management systems.
