About the role

AX CAPITAL is seeking ambitious, driven individuals who want to launch a successful career in Dubai real estate. The Real Estate Agent Training Program provides structured training, hands‑on market experience and mentorship to develop future brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily prospecting calls to property owners and potential clients.
• Identify new sellers, landlords, buyers and investors and generate fresh property listings.
• Maintain regular communication and follow‑up with prospects, building a personal sales pipeline.
• Arrange and attend property viewings, support negotiations and assist in transaction closures.
• Develop detailed knowledge of assigned Dubai communities and attend training sessions.
• Work towards agreed activity, listing and transaction targets.

Required profile

• No prior real‑estate experience required.
• Ambitious, disciplined and determined to build a career in the industry.
• Eager to learn and apply real‑world sales techniques.
