Real Estate Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Analyst to join KitchenPark’s Real Estate division in Dubai. The analyst will support sourcing new properties across the UAE, evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic insights to help expand our FoodTech infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage with landlords, developers and local authorities to identify viable sites.
• Negotiate lease terms and clear regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to spot real‑estate trends, opportunities and risks.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Assist in creating investment memorandums, presentations and stakeholder reports.
• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes and market dynamics affecting UAE real estate.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and development teams to support decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate real‑estate databases and align sourcing strategy with the Acquisitions Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial real‑estate market analysis.
• Proven ability to build financial models and conduct data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
