About the role

Continental Club Property, one of the leading real estate agencies in Dubai, is hiring real estate brokers to run deals end-to-end. Experienced brokers and candidates with no prior experience are welcome; the latter receive a training program.

Required profile

Clear spoken and written communication
Willingness to work with clients and make calls
English is a plus, not required
Sales experience is an advantage, not required

What we offer

Full-time position with a base salary during onboarding plus commission
High commission
Ready-made listings and a lead base
Training and mentorship from experienced brokers
