Real Estate Broker – Premium Market Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Broker to join a fast‑growing premium brokerage in the UAE. You will act as a market‑facing consultant, delivering trustworthy advisory and brokerage services across residential and investment property segments while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to buyers, sellers and investors, using deep market intelligence and verified listings.
• Qualify client needs, manage expectations and guide them through the full transaction lifecycle.
• Maintain the Genuine Listings Guarantee by only presenting fully verified properties.
• Leverage personal networks to source off‑market opportunities and generate repeat business.
• Use internal and external data to price, position and advise on investments, flagging emerging risks.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep clients informed.
• Source, negotiate and close property transactions, coordinating with relevant parties.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in real‑estate brokerage or advisory.
• Strong understanding of UAE property regulations (RERA, DLD, KYC, AML).
• Ability to work independently on a commission‑only basis.
