About the role

Egret is seeking motivated Real Estate Consultants to join its new Dubai Investment Park office. This full‑time, commission‑only position is designed for professionals who understand the Dubai property market and want to work in a high‑performance, strategy‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and market residential and investment properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, present opportunities, and negotiate transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, pricing, and UAE real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real‑estate sales or leasing.
• Proven sales and negotiation ability with a performance‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a commission‑based structure.
