Real Estate Recruiter (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our Abu Dhabi office. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish accurate job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for real‑estate and property‑management positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with hiring managers.
• Manage the onboarding process and keep the talent pipeline up to date.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and recruitment networks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within real‑estate or property‑management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively with the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using job posting tools.
• Active networking on LinkedIn and similar professional platforms.
