About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in your network, helping them improve their hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and explain how the platform fits into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather and relay feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active professional network within the hiring community.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule.
