Real Estate Recruiter – Dubai Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to strengthen our sales force within the Dubai real estate market. This role focuses on sourcing high‑quality brokers and agents, building a robust network, and delivering consistent hiring results.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network to attract and hire 4–5 qualified brokers each month.
• Conduct weekly training sessions for new and existing brokers to enhance performance.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain an active LinkedIn profile and other social media channels to increase visibility among brokers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape a high‑performing sales team.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Dubai real estate.
• Strong, direct connections with real‑estate brokers in the region.
• Active LinkedIn presence and professional social‑media visibility.
• Proven ability to deliver qualified candidates, not just CVs.
• Experience delivering broker training and onboarding.
• Understanding of broker mentality, commission‑based sales structures, and the local market.
• Confident, proactive, results‑driven personality.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Dutch.
