About the role

Enova Realty is looking for a dedicated Sales Agent to join its dynamic team in Ajman. This full‑time position will equip you with the tools needed to drive real‑estate sales and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and pursue sales leads through various channels to expand the client base.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties, keeping clients well‑informed.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase features to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales deals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle client inquiries professionally.
