Real Estate Sales Manager – Dubai

About the role

York Towers, the development arm of the York Holding Group, is looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Real Estate Sales Manager for its Dubai branch. You will lead a team of sales agents, guiding local and international clients through profitable real‑estate investment opportunities in Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach the Dubai sales team to achieve targets and assist agents in closing high‑value deals.
• Track team KPIs (calls, conversions, meetings, contracts), distribute leads and submit periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Head of Sales and the main office in Georgia on pricing, inventory and new project launches.
• Build relationships with investors, brokers and channel partners; represent the company at exhibitions and roadshows.
• Participate in hiring sales agents and ensure branch compliance with RERA, DLD and UAE real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of real‑estate sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales‑management role with a proven UAE track record.
• Deep understanding of off‑plan/ready property sales and cross‑border investment dynamics.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong command of MS Office.
