Real Estate Team Leader – Recruitment & Performance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader with a strong recruitment focus to build, manage, and grow a high‑performing sales team in Dubai. The role combines talent acquisition, training, and hands‑on sales leadership to drive revenue and team stability.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire real‑estate brokers to meet monthly hiring targets.
• Onboard and train new brokers on processes, scripts, and systems.
• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance support to ensure rapid productivity.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls, leads, viewings, deals).
• Lead by example, closing deals when needed.
• Conduct daily meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Foster a high‑energy, accountable, and positive team culture to improve retention.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate.
• Proven track record in team handling, recruitment, and scaling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.
• Extensive network within the real‑estate industry.
