About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the front‑of‑house operations for its GAIA concept in Doha. The role involves overseeing a high‑volume, fine‑dining environment and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a fine‑dining environment, preferably within the Middle East.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams during peak service.
- Experience handling high‑volume operations and leading a busy floor.
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate to Doha and work onsite.
