About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our front‑office team on a one‑month contract at our Jebel Ali Free Zone office. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the chairman’s office when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors, manage the reception area.
- Answer, route and log telephone calls, emails and general correspondence.
- Record and forward messages promptly to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare gate passes, arrange courier services and oversee meeting‑room bookings.
- Assist the chairman’s office with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a front‑office or receptionist role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Polite and pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
