About the role
First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable experience. Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island is a 5‑star resort on a 300 m soft‑sand beach with 418 rooms, sea‑view balconies, specialty restaurants, pools, a wellness hub and a Kids Club, offering a vibrant environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, check‑in, and respond to requests while providing exceptional service.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for each guest.
- Proudly promote hotel facilities and seek up‑selling opportunities to enhance stays.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist at a 5‑star resort in the UAE.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, German, Russian, French) are a plus.
- Prior experience with the Opera property management system is mandatory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
