Receptionist – Airport Business Park

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our Abu Dhabi International Airport Business Park location. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensure smooth communication between guests and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering phone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Monitor online guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Handle general office duties such as correspondence, email management and filing.
• Maintain reception supplies and stationery stock.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments.
• Ensure guest safety according to established guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and capable of both independent and team work.
• Minimum of one year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
