Receptionist – Barsha Heights, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Barsha Heights property in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers in line with brand standards.
• Handle telephone enquiries, provide information on promotions, room rates and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments accurately following cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintain the reception area, including stock of supplies and stationery.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints, coordinating with other departments for timely resolution.
• Enter data into the property management system and generate accurate reports.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Promote online guest feedback and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and capable of both independent and team work.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
