About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist cum Admin to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while providing essential administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming correspondence.
- Maintain and operate office equipment such as phone systems and printers.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure proper filing.
- Prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and support daily administrative activities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional admin certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front‑desk officer, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Professional appearance, attitude and ability to multitask.
