Receptionist – Front Desk (Hotel)

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network and become the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handle cash and foreign‑exchange transactions, and support the night audit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage efficient check‑in/check‑out, update guest information and issue key cards.
• Perform cashiering duties, foreign‑exchange transactions and night‑audit tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, packages, discounts and promote them to guests.
• Handle safe‑deposit boxes, information counter, business centre and other front‑desk duties.
• Ensure guest security, follow accident‑prevention policies and report unusual occurrences.

Required profile

• Proactive, professional and able to exercise good judgement in challenging situations.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local attractions and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Calm under pressure with solid problem‑solving skills.
