About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our institute in Dubai, supporting the daily operations of a busy nursery environment. The role requires a polished appearance and strong English communication skills to serve parents, staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front‑desk, greet visitors and handle phone enquiries in a courteous manner.
- Maintain the nursery’s administrative records and ensure accurate filing.
- Coordinate and update the diary for the Nursery Manager, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing information and addressing queries.
- Handle basic computer tasks, including data entry and email correspondence.
Required profile
- Degree‑educated with a professional demeanor.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in an educational setting or fast‑paced reception environment is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and front‑desk management.
