Receptionist – Front Office

About the role

Join Accor Plus as a Receptionist and become the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Working under the guidance of the Team Leader and Front Office Supervisor, you will deliver courteous, efficient service while promoting the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Register and process check‑ins and check‑outs, updating guest information in the system.
• Handle cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audit tasks and settlement at departure.
• Manage walk‑in and phone reservations, and assist at the information counter, business centre and foreign exchange desk as needed.
• Issue room key cards, control safe deposit boxes, and maintain front‑office cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Report unusual occurrences and adhere to hotel safety and accident‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of front‑office experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash and foreign currency accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
