Receptionist / Host – Guest Experience

About the role

Join the vibrant Radisson RED team as a Receptionist / Host, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and help create memorable experiences in a dynamic, urban‑styled hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
• Act as the go‑to source for hotel services, amenities, local attractions and current events.
• Proactively address guest inquiries and minor issues before they become larger problems.
• Connect guests with the appropriate hotel departments, fostering seamless teamwork.
• Support front‑office operations with essential tasks that keep the hotel’s energy high and flow uninterrupted.
• Deliver every interaction with authentic, fun and flexible “RED” energy.
