Receptionist / Host – Guest Services

About the role

The Receptionist / Host is the first point of contact for guests at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival experience. You will guide guests through self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks, answer questions about hotel services and local attractions, and support the Front Office team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with self‑service check‑in and check‑out kiosks.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, events, and city highlights.
• Resolve guest inquiries promptly and prevent minor issues from escalating.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs efficiently.
• Support Front Office operational tasks to maintain seamless workflow.
• Deliver service that reflects Radisson’s energetic, authentic, and flexible brand.

Required profile

• Dynamic, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Innovative and creative mindset, able to find solutions quickly.
• Self‑motivated, engaging, and genuine – you can be yourself on the job.
• Experience working with IT systems and technology in a hospitality setting.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Interest in music, art, and fashion is welcomed.
