About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at a leading resort where you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival experience. You will combine technology‑driven check‑in with warm, personalized service to create the signature Radisson hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks.
• Act as the go‑to source for hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest inquiries and minor issues promptly.
• Connect guests with the appropriate hotel departments when needed.
• Support the Front Office with essential operational tasks.
• Deliver interactions that reflect Radisson’s authentic, fun, and flexible brand energy.

Required profile

• Dynamic, people‑oriented, and enthusiastic about guest interaction.
• Innovative and creative with a positive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Engaging, self‑motivated, and genuine.
• Comfortable using IT systems and technology in daily tasks.
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Passionate about music, art, or fashion.
