Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, smooth guest flow, and high‑quality service while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing accurate information and handling inquiries.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow‑up visits, and classes.
• Maintain tidy reception area and manage daily mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Process insurance documents and manage patient‑like records when required.
• Monitor order status and inform guests of any delays.
• Participate in mandatory communication meetings.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a receptionist, front‑office or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage documentation.
• Additional foreign language skills (Russian or German) are an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic office software.
