About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Russian‑speaking Receptionist to join the front‑desk team of a 5‑star hotel in Dubai. The role involves welcoming guests, handling enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries and provide helpful information.
- Respond to calls and coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Maintain a high standard of guest service and professionalism.
Required profile
- Fluent in Russian and able to communicate in English.
- Previous hotel or front‑office experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Professional appearance and flexibility to work shifts.
