About the role
Responsible for attending telephone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate faculty and staff, maintaining the reception area, and greeting visitors and students. The role also involves providing general information to callers and handling courier services.
Key responsibilities
- Provides general information in response to inquiries in person or by telephone; refers highly technical inquiries to appropriate department.
- Screen call requests and dial numbers that are authorized.
- Receiving and transferring incoming calls.
- Document and monitor unanswered calls, provide unanswered call log to concerned departments on a daily basis.
- Document and coordinate local and international courier services.
- Assist other departments, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Required profile
- Secondary Education Certificate.
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience.
