About the role

The Recreation Attendant ensures a welcoming and safe environment for guests enjoying the resort's pool and beach areas. Working on behalf of Hilton guests, you will provide prompt assistance and maintain the appearance of the leisure facilities.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests with a sincere, friendly welcome.
Assist guests with pool and beach related needs.
Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the pool and beach area, including emptying used towel bins and organizing furniture.
Collect and neatly arrange towels on storage shelves.
Confirm guest registration before issuing resort property.
Monitor product inventory to minimize loss of resort assets.

Required profile

High school graduate or equivalent.
Neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance.
Intermediate English language proficiency.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
