Recreation Coordinator for Wynn Oasis

About the role

The Wynn Oasis Recreation Coordinator will lead all leisure and wellness activities for residents within the housing facility of Wynn Al Marjan Island, ensuring a vibrant, healthy and luxurious community experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee recreational events and activities within the housing facility, including sports, fitness, wellness, and entertainment.
• Maintain and operate all recreational facilities such as gyms, sports arenas, game rooms, movie theatre and karaoke room.
• Develop and implement programs that engage tenants, promote community spirit and healthy lifestyles.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver seamless events.
• Partner with nutritionists to enhance tenant well‑being.
• Manage budgets for activities, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and gather tenant feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar hospitality or recreation role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with vendors.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to high‑pressure situations.
• Professional appearance and strict confidentiality.
