Recreation Experience Expert – Beach & Pool Attendant

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert – Beach & Pool Attendant will be the primary point of contact for guests using the hotel’s recreational facilities in Fujairah. You will ensure a safe, enjoyable environment across the pool, beach, fitness centre and entertainment zones while delivering high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information on all recreation facilities and promote participation in activities.
• Register, schedule and encourage guests to join pool, beach, fitness and children’s programmes.
• Enforce safety rules, monitor activities and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions for equipment rentals, facility bookings and retail sales.
• Assist with private events, group activities and ensure smooth operation of the venues.
• Maintain cleanliness of pools, beach areas, equipment and supplies.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist guests with disabilities and provide first‑aid support until emergency services arrive.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and transaction processing.
