Recreation Experience Expert – Pool Attendant

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert serves as the primary point of contact for guests using the hotel’s recreation facilities, including pools, beach, fitness centre and children’s activity zones. The role involves informing guests, encouraging participation, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about all recreation facilities and promote participation.
• Register, schedule and guide guests for pool, beach, fitness and game‑room activities.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions for equipment rentals, activity fees and retail sales.
• Assist with private functions and group events held in recreation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment and supplies.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or equivalent).
• No prior experience required; training provided.
