Recruiter – Analyst Openings (Remote, UAE)

About the role

Dune, a management consultancy based in Las Vegas, hires a recruiter to handle its analyst openings in Dubai. The team is based in Dubai but the position is fully remote, anywhere in the UAE, working Monday to Friday in UAE time. The role is full-time and permanent, starting whenever possible.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and university networks, and screening them by phone.
• Send case exercises and keep the weekly shortlist current.
• Reply to every applicant and attend graduate fairs in the UAE.
• Shortlist candidates for the partners in Las Vegas, who make the final decisions.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a recruiter or recruitment coordinator, including internships.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn search; campus hiring or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
