Recruiter – Fixed‑Term (12‑month contract)

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a driven Recruiter on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers across the business to attract and hire top talent for a fast‑growing beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, from sourcing to offer management.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews, assess skills, motivations and cultural fit.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide hiring managers with clear feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in Workable and report recruitment progress.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast‑paced in‑house or agency setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Passion for beauty and interest in Huda Beauty’s brand culture.
