Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Dubai)

About the role

MARE Properties L.L.C. is seeking a full‑time Recruiter based in Dubai to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its real‑estate projects. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess and hire top talent while supporting the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source candidates, screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements and ensure an inclusive hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote MARE Properties as an attractive employer.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and generate regular hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and meet hiring timelines.
• Interest or knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
