Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Energy Projects

About the role

This role is for a Recruiter with extensive experience supporting leading clients in the GCC region, primarily within the energy and materials markets. You will manage the full resourcing life‑cycle, from talent planning and sourcing to assessment and hiring, ensuring the right talent is secured on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned business areas, including talent planning, sourcing, screening, assessment and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.
• Deliver an ethical, customer‑focused resourcing service while meeting cost and time targets.
• Serve as focal point for specific projects or business units and deputise for the Lead when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the energy sector or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour market and UAE employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
