Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering talent solutions across various industries in the UAE and GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking, maintaining long‑term relationships with clients and key decision‑makers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse portfolio of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Gulf Talent and other regional portals to build a robust pipeline of passive and active talent.
• Partner with department heads to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and internal policies, and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering professional and transparent communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE/GCC market.
• Background in recruitment, staffing, executive search or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of GCC visa processes, labour regulations and local compensation benchmarks.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with recruitment software and ATS.
• High‑level proficiency in Boolean searching.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Gulf Talent platforms.
