Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to manage existing client accounts and generate new business opportunities. The role combines talent acquisition, business development, and client relationship management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Win new business and develop long‑term partnerships with clients.
• Consistently meet billing targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Communicate proactively with hiring teams and prepare candidates with role expectations and company insights.
• Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in internal HR projects and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of billing and new‑business success.
• Strong ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
