Recruitment Consultant – Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales division in Dubai. You will work within a supportive, collaborative team, leveraging market insights and relationship‑building to deliver top recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GulfTalent and internal systems.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and present quality shortlists.
• Conduct market mapping and share useful insights with clients.
• Represent clients professionally in the market.
• Manage searches from initial briefing through to successful completion.
• Develop new client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team and share market knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment agency experience, preferably within Sales or Technology in the UAE/Gulf region.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and solutions‑focused approach.
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with genuine interest in building long‑term partnerships.
