Recruitment Delivery Consultant – High-Value Mandates

About the role

Emagine Solutions is looking for an agency‑trained Recruitment Delivery Consultant to manage high‑value mandates for senior clients in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as a trusted advisor, turning briefs into structured search strategies and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into comprehensive search strategies, including role calibration, target companies, talent pools, competitor mapping and outreach plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery for executive search, specialist recruitment and business‑critical hiring.
• Provide senior hiring managers with market insights, salary benchmarking, availability data and realistic timelines.
• Build defensible shortlists using structured screening, competency‑based interviewing and clear candidate narratives.
• Manage the full candidate journey: headhunting, engagement, qualification, interview preparation, offer management, counter‑offers, references and onboarding support.
• Maintain high candidate experience while ensuring speed and quality.
• Track delivery metrics such as pipeline health, conversion ratios, time‑to‑fill and keep ATS/CRM data clean.

Required profile

• Agency recruitment experience with the ability to operate confidently in front of senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to own the recruitment process, influence outcomes and deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong analytical mindset and market intelligence skills.
