Recruitment Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead the talent acquisition function in Abu Dhabi, shaping strategies that align with business objectives and ensuring a seamless hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment agencies and support Emiratization programmes.
• Track recruitment KPIs, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliant and competitive hiring through effective offer management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search experience within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and develop sourcing strategies.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience working with recruitment agencies, executive search firms or manpower providers.
• Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices, UAE labour regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication, networking, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.
