Recruitment Manager (Arabic-speaking)

About the role

An experienced Recruitment Manager fluent in Arabic is sought to lead the recruitment team and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen the group's recruitment efforts. The role focuses on brand consistency, supporting Emiratization goals and building a diverse workforce, working closely with internal stakeholders and leading a team of recruiters. Candidates with in-house recruitment experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with the group's business objectives, focusing on Emiratization and workforce diversity.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters, helping them meet hiring targets and maintain high standards in sourcing and selection.
• Build relationships with department heads and senior leadership to understand their recruitment needs.
• Ensure the employer brand is consistently communicated across all recruitment channels.
• Drive Emiratization initiatives with government agencies and educational institutions to attract and hire UAE nationals.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
• Monitor recruitment performance, track metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire, and report to senior management.
• Manage external recruitment agencies and optimize recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Stay up to date on recruitment trends, UAE labor laws and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; in-house recruitment experience preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in the UAE market and Emiratization initiatives highly preferred.
• Preferred: experience in a large organization or multinational, and a professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM).

Required skills

• Leadership of recruitment teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for reporting on recruitment data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, Emiratization policies and recruitment best practices.
• Technical proficiency with recruitment software (ATS, CRM) and social media recruiting tools.
