Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring operations and support the company’s growth. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing a team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while complying with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organisational hiring goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve departmental targets.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop innovative sourcing channels and strengthen employer branding through job fairs, partnerships, and social media.
• Ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive candidate experience throughout all hiring stages.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and quality‑of‑hire, presenting insights to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with UAE labour laws and internal recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
