Recruitment Manager – Real Estate Agents

About the role

Forefront Realty is expanding its sales team in Dubai and seeks an experienced Recruitment Manager to source, attract, and onboard top real estate agents and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire real estate agents and consultants for the Dubai team.
• Build a steady talent pipeline through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market connections.
• Manage the full hiring process from first contact to onboarding.
• Explain commission structures, support, and growth opportunities to candidates.
• Ensure new agents are RERA‑ready and set up for success.
• Track hiring targets and report on results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in real estate recruitment or agent hiring, preferably with a Dubai brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its agent community.
• Solid network of agents and consultants in the market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset, comfortable working to monthly hiring targets.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
