Recruitment Manager – UAE Nationals (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Manager to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our UAE national workforce across corporate, sales, leasing, property, facilities and support functions. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality talent while supporting nationalisation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business manpower plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies and market mapping.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Support UAE nationalisation initiatives and comply with local employment regulations.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and offer‑to‑join ratio.
• Oversee recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE real‑estate, property or construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment practices, employment regulations and local talent markets.
• Experience with workforce nationalisation initiatives is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
