Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaker) will own the full‑cycle hiring process, partnering with senior leaders to attract and secure top talent that meets the organization’s strategic needs. The role emphasizes workforce planning, candidate engagement, and employer branding while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to define workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and agencies; conduct headhunting and talent mapping for niche roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job posting to onboarding, coordinating interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS, produce dashboards tracking time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and source effectiveness, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support employer branding initiatives and identify process improvements, including technology adoption and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment channels, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
