About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Arqen Properties. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, partnering with hiring managers and supporting onboarding, while enhancing our employer brand in the UAE real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for a variety of real‑estate positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Help shape and promote the employer brand within the real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within real estate.
• Full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in real estate or professional services.
• Strong interviewing skills using structured and behavioral techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet hiring timelines.
• Knowledge of UAE labor‑market practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency with professional networking tools.
