About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our boutique real‑estate firm in Dubai. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and strict adherence to our recruitment policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various functions.
- Conduct candidate communications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and legal requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Background in training and development.
- Knowledge of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in real‑estate recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
