Regional Bid Implementation Manager – MPL IMEA

About the role

The Regional Bid Implementation Manager will lead MPL solution design for customer pursuits across the IMEA region. You will work closely with business development, operations, and growth teams to create and price innovative logistics solutions, ensuring successful bid delivery and project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end MPL solutions, capture core data, develop detailed process flows, cost estimates, and draft P&L for each customer opportunity.
• Analyse RFPs, define bid strategy, set response schedules, and coordinate stakeholders to meet submission deadlines.
• Prepare technical responses, visualisations, and documentation for RFQs, including presentations and proof‑of‑concept materials.
• Lead contract negotiations, attend customer meetings, and develop implementation charters with operational readiness KPIs.
• Drive regional project setup, resource recruitment, procurement frameworks, platform readiness, and hyper‑care activities prior to Go‑Live.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience designing MPL or logistics solutions, with strong exposure to implementation projects.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally across regions, products, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to draw conclusions from limited or ambiguous data.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in customer‑facing engagements.
