Regional Business Partner Manager – Pharma

About the role

The position is based in Dubai and leads the commercial agenda for a German pharmaceutical group across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. You will own sales and profitability for assigned countries, develop distributor relationships and launch new products to patients in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales and profit targets for assigned countries and partners.
• Plan and execute sales and market‑access activities with internal stakeholders.
• Lead annual and 5‑year sales and revenue planning together with the Regional Head.
• Launch new products in collaboration with Brand Management, including pricing and reimbursement support.
• Conduct market analyses to identify growth levers and new opportunities.
• Select, negotiate and manage contracts with new distribution partners.
• Ensure partners meet contractual commitments and drive regional portfolio development.

Required profile

• Master's degree in natural sciences, economics or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of sales or business development experience in international B2B pharma.
• Hands‑on experience managing distributor or partner models in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations and distribution agreements.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with willingness to travel across the region.
